Founded in Miami, Florida, Engine & Accessory, Inc. began its journey in 1950 as a specialist in industrial engine rebuilding. Over the years, our focus has evolved from engine services to comprehensive truck rebuilding and repair. By the 1970s, the expansion of the aviation industry inspired our team to enhance their expertise in refueler repair and refurbishment, laying the groundwork for innovative developments in aircraft refueling equipment.

The late 1980s marked a breakthrough with the introduction of a newly designed custom chassis, revolutionizing the aircraft refueling industry. This success led to an expanded product line of refueler chassis, widely adopted by major airlines and oil companies. As we approached the 1990s, our growth necessitated the construction of a state-of-the-art production facility in Miami to meet increasing demands.

The turn of the millennium heralded our most significant business expansion yet—the design and assembly of specialized tank trucks. Catering to sectors like refined fuel, heating oil, chemical transport, vacuum, and fire service industries across the United States, these trucks demonstrated our ability to innovate and adapt to diverse market needs.
